The house to be won is located on the outside of the park and is therefore extra quiet.
Within walking distance you will find the splashing pond 't Nije Hemelriek" as well as the recreational lake "'t Gasselterveld" with a sandy beach, where the DX Adventure Park is located. Here you will find, among other things, a water jump, a climbing course on the water and there is an opportunity to rent canoes. There is plenty to do here for both young and old.

The "Boomkroonpad" is also a short distance away. Here you can literally walk through the tops of the trees.

Gasselte is ideally located in a very beautiful part of the province of Drenthe, the Netherlands, where you can really taste the atmosphere of yesteryear in the authentic villages. The very wooded area also offers a range of walking and cycling opportunities in the various nature reserves. An 18-hole golf course is also located a few kilometers away. De robuuste, landelijke uitstraling, de goede afwerking, de vlonder rondom het chalet, het energiezuinige en onderhoudsarme karakter of is het wellicht de prachtige locatie waar u enthousiast van wordt. Dit chalet heeft veel te bieden voor zowel degene die hier zelf van wil gaan genieten of degene die het als een investeringsobject recreatief wil gaan verhuren. Dit systeem is verder uit te breiden al naar gelang de apparatuur 'slim' genoeg is.

Vakantiepark De Kremmer beslaat in totaliteit ca. 40 hectare en is gelegen temidden van de Staatsbossen. Het park biedt onder andere een klein restaurant (De Klepel), fietsverhuur, een wasserette en speel- en sportvelden.

De hier aangeboden woning bevindt zich aan de buitenzijde van het park en is daardoor extra rustig gelegen.

Gasselte is top gelegen in een zeer fraai deel van de provincie Drenthe, Nederland waar u nog echt de sfeer van weleer kunt proeven in de authentieke dorpen. De zeer bosrijke omgeving biedt eveneens een scala aan wandel- en fietsmogelijkheden in de diverse natuurgebieden. Tevens is op enkele kilometers afstand een 18-holes golfbaan gesitueerd. Het park ligt centraal ten opzichte van uitvalswegen naar grotere plaatsen zoals Emmen (waarin o.a. Wildlands Adventure Zoo gevestigd is), Assen, Zwolle, Groningen en zelfs Duitsland is prima af te reizen.
